Chase Sapphire Preferred

The Chase Sapphire Preferred has a sign up bonus worth up to $687 toward Disney park tickets. And, they waive the annual fee for the first year. Plus, there are tons of ways to earn points using a Chase Ultimate Rewards Strategy. The combination makes this a great card to get and keep.

The Capital One Venture comes with a sign up bonus worth $500 toward Disney park tickets and they waive the annual fee in the first year. It’s also a little bit easier to spend the points on park tickets than it is with the Chase Sapphire Preferred. You can read more about it HERE.

Best for Hotels

World of Hyatt Credit Card

The sign up bonus is worth $1,200 (60,000 points). You’ll get a free night every year with the $95 annual fee. Plus, you’ll get a second free night if you spend $15,000 each year (plus all the points from those purchases).

Our two favorite ways to use this card are the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress near Disney Springs which costs 15,000 points per night, and the Hyatt House Anaheim near Cars Land which costs 12,000 points per night.

We also like the Capital One Venture in this category as well. When you book through using your Venture card, you’ll earn 10 points per dollar spent. This is effectively 10% back in points which you can use toward your park tickets or flights. You can learn more about how to do that.

Chase Sapphire Preferred

Your sign up bonus of up to 55,000 points can all be transferred directly into your Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards account. That’s worth about $825 in free flights. Plus, as we mentioned above, the annual fee is waived for the first year.

The new Southwest Priority card gives you a sign up bonus of 65,000 points if you spend $15,000 in the first year. While it has a $149 annual fee, you get a $75 credit each year on Southwest purchases and 7,500 bonus points each year as well.

Discover it Cash Card

Earn 5% cash back in rotating categories and have ALL your cash back matched at the end of your first year. This means you’ll earn up to 10% cash back in certain categories.

The Chase Freedom also offers 5% cash back in rotating categories. The Citi Double Cash is a straight 2% cash back on all purchases. None of these cards has an annual fee.

Best for Perks

Disney Visa

There’s really no contest for this category. The Disney Visa card offers special character experiences plus discounts on food, merchandise, tours and more. You can even get six months of 0% interest financing on Disney vacations.
