Chase has re-posted a recent offer for RiteAid. You’ll save 5% at RiteAid up to $3. There’s also usually a second option for 10% off but we didn’t see it on any of our cards this time. This isn’t a lot of money, but this offer showed up on several of our Chase credit cards and RiteAid has a huge gift card selection, including Disney gift cards.
The terms of the offer specifically say that gift cards are excluded. However, in our experience, it typically work with in-store purchases anyway. So, we went ahead and tried it to see.
After three days we got the email confirming our purchase with the note that it will take 7-14 days to credit to our Chase Freedom account.
Maximize the Offer
Our RiteAid sells variable Disney gift cards. So, if you have the 5% option, you’d want to put exactly $60 on the card for the $3 max discount. If you have this offer on multiple Chase cards, you could do multiple transactions to make your trip worthwhile.
