Get two free nights at ANY Hyatt hotel with the The Hyatt Credit Card by Chase! This includes hotels that often cost $1,000 per night. This can be an extremely valuable sign up bonus and a great complement to an Aulani vacation.
Hyatt Credit Card
Sign Up Bonus
Get two free nights in a standard room at any Hyatt hotel when you spend $2,000 in the first three months after account opening. The free nights are valid for one year after being issued to you. Using them is subject to award availability on the dates you plan to stay. The most popular hotels book up more quickly. But, if you’re able to plan your trip well in advance, you shouldn’t have a problem.
You can also get an additional 5,000 points when you add an authorized user who makes at least one purchase. We’re staying at the Hyatt Place Orlando Airport before we fly out for only 5,000 points. So, even 5,000 points is still worth close to $100 on average.

Part of a Chase Ultimate Rewards Strategy
If you’re building a Chase Ultimate Rewards Strategy, this card is an important part of that strategy. A Hyatt point is the most valuable on average of all the Chase transfer partners.
Each year, on your card member anniversary, you get a free night at any Hyatt hotel in categories 1-4. Category 4 hotels are 15,000 points and typically run between $250 and $300 a night. So, this is a great perk which is useful for future Disney vacations. See our 10 Ways to Save Pages for examples.
The card also comes with Discoverist status. This is the status Hyatt gives customers who have stayed 10 nights or more. One way this status can benefit you is that you get upgraded to a preferred room at check-in if there’s availability. This could turn a garden view room into an ocean view room potentially.

Hyatt Free Night Certificates in Hawaii
You can get a TON of value out of your two free night certificates. For instance, we ran a sample booking at Hyatt Residence Club Maui for mid-January next year. If you were paying, it would cost 30,000 points or $989 per night.

The Hyatt Residence Club Maui is the most expensive Hyatt hotel in Hawaii.
To help you determine which hotel might best complement your Aulani vacation, we’ve created an interactive map. We hope it will help you explore your Hyatt options in Hawaii. The map includes: name, location, points per night (although it will be free with the certificates), and the hotel website.
Check out the corresponding chart below. Hyatt points are usually worth about two cents each. That helps give you a broad idea of how much value you’ll get for your free nights.
Name | Points Per Night |
Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort and Spa | 25,000 |
Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort | 25,000 |
Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa | 20,000 |
