A top 20 hotel on TripAdvisor, large rooms, free breakfast and only 12,000 points a night make the Hyatt Place at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center a great way to do a cheap Disneyland vacation. Plus, it’s less than the Hyatt House Anaheim down the street which is now 15,000 points per night.
Comfortable for the Family
Two Words: Free Breakfast. For a family traveling to Disneyland, free breakfast is a wonderful perk. Especially when it is free hot breakfast, as is the case at the Hyatt Place Anaheim. Next to the lobby, there is a large eating area, with plenty of large tables, perfect for families to grab breakfast before hitting the parks.
One of the main reasons why we love Hyatt Place is that you get more bang for your buck. The standard room at the Hyatt Place Anaheim is so incredibly roomy, and can sleep a family very comfortably. You can get two queen beds and a sofa sleeper, with plenty of storage room for luggage.
If you have business at the Convention Center, like D23, it’s the perfect location. If you’re only there to visit Disneyland, it’s a little bit longer walk than we’d like, but very doable. Alternatively, ART buses to Disneyland come by every 20 minutes and cost around $5 a day for adults.
