Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea are often considered the top two Disney Parks in the world. If you’re a Disney Parks addict, you’ve either been or you have a trip to Tokyo on your bucket list. The new Hyatt Place Tokyo Bay near Disneyland is set to open on July 1st and will cost you 15,000 World of Hyatt points per night.
Based on the prices we’re seeing so far, 15,000 points (category 4) seems to about one category too high. While you could definitely get your money’s worth during peak times, you might be overpaying during lower seasons.
The Hyatt Place Tokyo Bay is a little less than four miles from the parks. The hotel will be offering a free shuttle to Tokyo Disneyland, which means you don’t necessarily need a car during your visit.
Other Options on Points
The Sheraton Grand Tokyo Bay is much closer but will cost you 50,000 Marriott points per night. And the Hilton Tokyo Bay is next door to the Sheraton. The cost at the Hilton ranges from 40,000 to 80,000 Hilton Honors points depending on the night.
