How Do You Purchase Disney Park Tickets with Chase Ultimate Rewards?
You can only purchase Disney Park tickets with Chase Ultimate Rewards by calling the Chase Travel Center. You can reach them at 1-855-234-2542. Disney Park tickets can only be purchased through their “Cruise and Tour” department, so make sure you choose that option in the phone tree or ask to be transferred.
Can I Purchase Annual Passes with points?
Unfortunately, no. We gave this a shot but were told by Chase it’s not an option.
Note: Reader, Judy, posted in the comments that you should be able to purchase a normal ticket and then upgrade to an annual pass.
Are the Prices Competitive?
Chase books these deals through the Disney website, so the prices are the same as what you’ll see on the Disney website.
What if I Don’t Have Enough Points?
Chase allows you to pay the difference with a Chase credit card or even a Disney gift card. You just can’t pay with a competitor’s credit card.
How Do I Receive the Tickets?
Chase actually books directly through Disney, so your tickets can be loaded into your Disney account immediately. This is particularly helpful if you need to book FastPasses for your trip or want to connect your park tickets to your MagicBands.
